We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location up in the hills was absolutely breathtaking and provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, from the 24-hour room service to the helpful bell staff/porter. The housekeeping team maintained our room impeccably and the laundry service was prompt and efficient. The airport shuttle service was a convenient option and the welcome drink upon arrival made us feel instantly relaxed and welcomed.

The services and amenities at this hotel were top-notch. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the lovely indoor pool and hot tub. They were both kept clean and at a great temperature. The hotel was also conveniently located near a shopping center and several restaurants, making it easy to find a place to eat and shop. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The food in the hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing. While the breakfast was decent, the dinner options were limited and not very flavorful.

The staff was very kind and helpful and the pool area is very good. To us it was an interesting experience to stay in this non-international hotel where all guest (except us and one more family) were italians and the staff only speak italian. Breakfast OK.

1) We bought both lunch (15Euro/pers) and dinner (15Euro/pers). I have a similar experience from a bad restaurant in a small village in Poland 1983, except that it was more food in this hotel. Their claim "with a wide choice of fine wines from the cellar" is wrong both regarding the wideness and the quality, but in the context with the food served I doubt anyone put any attention to this. 2) Even if I don't take into account the restaurant aspects this is, in my opinion, not a four star hotel.

The hotel is located down a steep hill with limited walkability to any shops. the rooms are spotless with very spacious bathrooms. the staff are friendly, efficient, and keep the room immaculately clean. the breakfast buffet style is delicious with a good selection of bread, pastries, and yoghurt. the hotel has good fire precautions with plenty of fire doors and efficient housekeeping staff.

The hotel air conditioning system appears to malfunction, causing discomfort and leading to an unpleasant stay.

Nice breakfasts, friendly service, convenient location for Terme, enjoyable terrace singing.

The hotel has a stunning view of the town below, making for a lovely sight early in the morning and at night. Despite being located on a hill, the hotel's proximity to the town's center makes it easy to explore on foot. the staff members are very welcoming and friendly - always ready to help out. A highlight was the delicious Italian food served at the hotel's restaurant, especially the pasta dishes.

The hotel is quite old-fashioned, which may not be to everyone's taste. the rooms could use some updating, as the furnishings are old and worn.
